Shipping Areas

Acadia currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Other regions (including Europe) are not yet available. *We plan to expand to new markets in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on actual carrier charges. The amounts below are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, package weight/dimensions, and selected shipping method. The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States Free standard shipping on orders of USD $25+ Standard: free on orders $25+; otherwise calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated USD $10). Expedited: calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates.
Canada Not available Standard and Express fees are calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated CAD $10 standard / CAD $20 express).
Mexico Not available Express fee is calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated MX$350).

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Continental U.S.:

    • Standard (3-7 business days): Free on orders $25+; for orders under $25, shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated $10).

    • Expedited (2-3 business days): Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated $10 for orders $25+; estimated $20 for orders under $25). Cutoff: 11:00 AM PST.

  • Non-Continental U.S.:

    • Standard (3-7 business days): Free on orders $25+; otherwise calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated $10).

  • Canada:

    • Standard (7-15 business days): Calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated CAD $10).

    • Express (2-5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated CAD $20).

  • Mexico:

    • Express (2-5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on actual carrier rates (estimated MX$350).

Carriers & Taxes

  • Domestic U.S.:

    • Standard Shipping: Generally shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

    • Expedited Shipping: Generally shipped via FedEx or UPS.

  • Shipping to Canada:

    • Standard Shipping: Generally shipped via USPS through its international services.

    • Expedited Shipping: Generally shipped via FedEx or DHL for faster delivery.

  • Shipping to Mexico:

    • Expedited Shipping: FedEx or UPS.

  • International customers: Duties/taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

*During peak seasons, expedited shipping may be unavailable. Free shipping applies only to U.S. standard shipping on orders of USD $25 or more on acadiascrubs.com (excludes gift cards). Canada and Mexico are not eligible for free shipping. Expedited shipping is not eligible for free shipping. All shipping fees are subject to actual carrier charges and will be confirmed at checkout.
